‍About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 310T Licensed Mechanic to join our growing team. In this role, you will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet of heavy trucks, cranes, and mining equipment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and has a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Full-time $35/hr - $50/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on:  

• Heavy-duty trucks

• Mobile cranes (hydraulic & lattice)

• Mining and earthmoving equipment

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced diagnostic tools.

• Complete all work orders, documentation, and maintenance records accurately.

• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Respond to emergency breakdowns and conduct field service repairs when required.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve operational efficiency and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (mandatory).

• 1-2 years of experience working on heavy trucks, cranes, or mining/industrial equipment.

• Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, braking systems, and electrical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

• Proficient with diagnostic software and tools.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety.

• Valid driver’s license (DZ or AZ considered an asset).
