Position Title: Line Cook / Kitchen Team Member
FT/PT $17.60hr + (based on experience)

Position Summary

Back of House Team Members are responsible for preparing and cooking high‑quality Greek food while maintaining speed, cleanliness, and consistency in a fast‑casual kitchen environment.

‍

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Opa! recipes and standards

• Operate grills, fryers, and prep stations safely

• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and storage areas

• Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory rotation

• Work collaboratively with FOH to ensure timely order completion

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen

• Strong attention to detail and food quality

• Basic food safety knowledge (training provided)

• Previous kitchen experience an asset but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

• Comfortable working with heat and kitchen equipment
