Summary

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our team at Byron-Springbank Legion - Branch 533 in Canada. This role is vital in providing excellent service to our members and guests, contributing to a welcoming environment that honors our veterans.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with established standards.
• Engage with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Manage cash register transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations.
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse groups.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management.
• Friendly, professional demeanor, and team-oriented attitude.
