We’re looking for a dynamic Channel Account Executive to help us grow. As a Channel AE, you will serve as a trusted sales advisor to our partners—equipping them with the tools, sales methodology, and support needed to effectively position and sell the ZIRO Platform

You’ve sold through and with partners like MSPs and CSPs, know what good enablement looks like, and can be counted on to drive results. Whether you’re coaching a partner through ZIRO’s platform, collaborating on a deal strategy, or uncovering new territory opportunities—you’re always pushing forward with clarity, accountability, and energy.

What you'll do

As Founding Channel Account Executive, your mission is to grow revenue and opportunity creation through ZIRO’s partner ecosystem. You’ll work alongside our Channel Partner Manager to activate, enable, and support key partners—helping them confidently sell ZIRO’s platform and services. You’ll own the sales motion with your assigned partners and be accountable for revenue, pipeline, and partner success.

  • Own a partner-sourced sales quota
  • Drive net-new business with assigned MSPs, CSPs, and distributors
  • Accelerate deal velocity by co-selling and providing end-to-end sales support
  • Navigate pricing, contracting, and sales ops support with internal stakeholders
  • Expand revenue within existing partners through upsell and cross-sell
  • Be the go-to sales contact for your assigned partners
  • Lead regular pipeline reviews and sales strategy sessions
  • Support activation of new partners to drive productivity and seller confidence
  • Identify and prioritize co-sell opportunities
  • Participate in account mapping and opportunity planning with partners
  • Ensure deal registration and rules of engagement are followed
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurately forecast partner-driven revenue
  • Track pipeline health, deal progression, and partner productivity metrics
  • Partner with marketing, sales engineers, product, and direct sales teams
  • Collaborate on co-branded campaigns, sales motions, and training programs
  • Share partner feedback and market insights to improve ZIRO’s offerings

What you need to do it

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in channel sales or partnerships, co-selling with CSPs, MSPs, or SIs. Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or tech platforms (UCaaS, Microsoft ecosystem a plus)
  • Sales & Strategy Skills: Proven success owning a revenue target and delivering results through partner relationships
  • Communication: confident running enablement sessions, sales calls, and executive briefings
  • Collaboration: A natural collaborator who can rally cross-functional teams and influence without authority
  • Systems Savvy: Experience with CRM tools and tracking performance metrics
