We are seeking a dedicated Child & Youth Psychotherapist to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate specializes in working with neurodivergent children and youth (e.g., ADHD, autism, AuDHD, learning disabilities) or has significant experience in this area. We welcome professionals who are passionate about providing affirming and strengths-based care for neurodivergent clients and their families.

ABOUT EMBODIED RESILIENCE WELLNESS CENTRE

Embodied Resilience is expanding into a full-service wellness clinic that integrates mental and physical health. With a strong focus on neurodivergence, we provide a collaborative environment where mental health professionals work alongside physical health practitioners to offer holistic care. We are in the process of securing a physical space in London, ON, and this is an opportunity to be part of our growth from the ground up, shaping the practice as we establish our presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide psychotherapy services to children, youth, and families in-person at our London, ON clinic.

Create neurodivergent-affirming treatment plans that support emotional regulation, executive functioning, social skills, and self-advocacy.

Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to provide holistic care.

Maintain proper documentation and ethical standards in accordance with your regulatory body.

Contribute to our growing practice by sharing insights, attending team meetings, and participating in case consultation (optional but encouraged).

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.

Registration in good standing with a recognized professional college (e.g., OCSWSSW, CRPO).

Experience working with neurodivergent children and youth, with an emphasis on strengths-based and affirming care.

Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Passion for neurodivergence-affirming and trauma-informed care.
