We are looking for an experienced Cleaner to ensure our communities are kept clean and sanitized. If you are detail oriented, take pride in a job well done, enjoy working independently while being part of a team, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
  • Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
  • Interior and exterior garbage pick-up
  • Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
  • Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
  • Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
  • Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • 2 years cleaning experience required

Technical Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

  • Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
  • Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Own reliable vehicle
