As an integral part of the front line team, the Customer Service Associates ensure the flow of pickup and returns remain smooth. This role would be well suited for applicants who like to work in a fast pace -they must be experienced working in a Customer Service position and have a keen ability to successfully resolve customer conflict at the return desk.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience:

• Greeting customers and creating a welcoming visit to Encore

• Assisting with auction inquiries, invoice payment, and returns

• Processing payments (cash, debit, credit) with accuracy

• Handling customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and confidence

• Following company policies and procedures while maintaining fairness and consistency

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar) is a must

• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills

• Ability to stay positive and focused in a busy environment

• A team player with a “customer-first” mindset

• Someone who thrives in fast-paced, energetic settings

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 to 6:30 pm

• Working with little supervision, is a self-starter and likes to stay busy

• This role starts at CS Level 1- $17.60/hr + based on experience
