We are seeking compassionate, quick-thinking, and highly organized individuals to join our Emergency Roadside Assistance team. As a Roadside Assistance Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for drivers in distress across Canada — including those stranded on the 400-series highways. Whether it's a flat tire, keys locked inside, or a car that won't start, your role is to provide immediate reassurance and coordinate prompt service dispatch.

Compensation: Starting at $17.60 per hour

What You'll Do:

  • Answer high-volume emergency calls from customers needing immediate roadside assistance.
  • Collect critical information (location, vehicle details, issue) quickly and accurately.
  • Coordinate and dispatch appropriate services (towing, locksmith, battery boost, etc.) across Canada.
  • Remain calm under pressure, especially in high-stress or emergency situations.
  • Deliver empathetic communication that calms anxious or upset customers.
  • Use internal systems to track service provider availability and job progress.
  • Handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously with efficiency and focus.

What We're Looking For:

Position Requirements:

  • This is a hybrid opportunity and requires ability to work onsite from our London office located at 345 Ridout St N, London, ON
  • Ability to work full-time (40-hours per week) year round
  • Open availability within 7:00 AM–11:00 PM, Monday–Sunday.
  • Proficiency using Google Maps and navigating Ontario, Manitoba, and Canadian highways and roadways.
  • Training Availability: 3 weeks full time training onsite

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) is required
  • Previous experience in customer service is required.
  • Previous experience in call center environment or emergency related field is an asset

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and composed in emergency situations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-center-like environment.
  • Geographical knowledge of Canadian provinces and major highways (especially the 400-series).
  • Tech-savvy with quick learning abilities for dispatch and call management systems.
