Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
This is a fast-paced inbound customer service role supporting customers experiencing roadside emergencies. Calls may include flat tires, vehicles that have run out of gas, keys locked inside a vehicle, breakdowns and accidents.
Agents are responsible for gathering accurate information, determining the customer's location and arranging appropriate roadside assistance. Every call represents a personal emergency, so candidates must be able to remain calm, show empathy and provide a sense of urgency.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication
- Empathy, patience and a calm approach
- Ability to handle back-to-back calls
- Confidence assisting stressed or upset customers
- Good de-escalation and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort using Google Maps- Candidates are requires to share screens and go over mapping scenarios
- Good geographical awareness, including North, South, East and West
- Ability to identify highways, intersections and landmarks
- Call centre experience is an asset
Required Availability:
Candidates require flexibility Sunday through Saturday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., including weekends.
Shifts can fall anywhere within this availability and may include mornings, afternoons and evenings. Schedules are based on business needs and are subject to change.
Training:
- 3 weeks of mandatory full-time training
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Part-time candidates must also be available to attend the entire full-time training schedule
- Time off cannot be accommodated during training
- Training may be onsite or remote depending on the class
- Once in production, hybrid expectations are a minimum of 2 days per week onsite
Salary: $17.60/hour
Eligible evening hours receive an additional $1.50/hour shift premium.
