We are hiring Exterior Specialists. This role focuses on the outside of the home. You will improve curb appeal and make each property look clean, sharp, and presentable. You must enjoy working outdoors and taking pride in visible results.

You will work with a small, fast-moving team. Projects often have tight timelines. You must work with focus, speed, and attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities

• Paint exterior doors, trim, railings, fences, and small structures
• Trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees
• Fertilize lawns and refresh garden beds
• Install fresh mulch to improve landscaping
• Edge lawns along driveways, gardens, and walkways
• Pressure wash driveways, decks, patios, siding, and walkways
• Repair small exterior issues such as loose boards or fencing
• Install or replace house numbers, lights, and mailbox parts
• Clean entryways, porches, and outdoor living spaces
• Prepare outdoor areas for listing photos and showings.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, exterior painting, property maintenance, or home improvement
• Ability to use landscaping equipment, pressure washers, and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather
• Physical ability to lift and carry tools and materials
• Must have a cellular phone with data plan
• Valid driver's license preferred
