Position Title: Front of House Team Member
FT/PT $17.60hr + (based on experience)

Position Summary

Front of House Team Members are the face of Opa! of Greece. They deliver fast, friendly, and authentic guest experiences while accurately processing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting Opa!’s fresh Greek menu.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming Opa! experience

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently (in‑store and delivery platforms)

• Operate POS systems and handle cash and card transactions responsibly

• Answer menu questions and make recommendations

• Assemble and package orders according to brand standards

• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, beverage station, and front counter

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

• Support team members during busy periods

• Uphold Opa! brand values and service standards

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Team‑oriented mindset

• Previous customer service experience an asset
