Wage: $19.00/hr at 40hrs per week

Job Summary

The General Labourer will assist in the production and assembly of signs, ensuring quality standards are met. This role involves operating basic tools and equipment, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of signs, including cutting, sanding, and finishing materials.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and efficiently.

• Prepare materials for production, including measuring and organizing components.

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

• Load and unload materials and finished products.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols.

• Support other team members and departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or general labour is an asset.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.

• Exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals (with proper PPE provided).

• May require overtime during peak periods.
