Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of repair and maintenance skills, enabling them to tackle various tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and take initiative in addressing maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC electrical, carpentry, and painting.

• Knowledge of gym equipment is an asset.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or management.

• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention.

• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.

• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Good physical condition and strength for lifting heavy objects as needed.

• Valid driver's license is preferred for picking up supplies as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
