Home Support Worker (Part-Time) Cocoon Senior Services

Cocoon Senior Services is dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care that supports seniors in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes. We believe that exceptional care begins with the right match between caregiver and client.

We are seeking a mature, dependable, and compassionate Home Support Worker with experience in senior caregiving. This role is ideal for a retired or semi-retired individual looking for meaningful part-time work.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide personalized, non-medical support to seniors in their homes
* Assist with daily living activities (meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship)
* Support client independence while ensuring safety and comfort
* Build trusting, respectful relationships with clients and their families
* Observe and report any changes in client condition or needs

Required Qualifications

* Previous experience in senior caregiving or home support
* Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check
* Current CPR/First Aid Certification
* Professional, reliable, and punctual
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently with sound judgment
