Pasto’s Grill is an established, family-operated, chic restaurant/bistro located in south-west London, Ontario. We provide cross-training opportunities for all positions both at Pasto’s Grill and its neighbouring hotel/banquet facility Best Western Plus Stoneridge Inn & Conference Centre. (Best Western Plus Stoneridge Inn & Conference Centre is a full-service hotel and events company, proudly serving corporate and private clients, event’s large and small, for over 26 years.)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

· Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

· Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

· Cleans and maintains work area, kitchen, pots, pans, utensils, implements, equipment and all storage areas

· Organize buffets and banquets

· Manage kitchen operations

Qualifications:

· Food Safety Certificate is required
