This position combines customer service with document review and investigation. Agents handle both inbound and outbound customer calls while reviewing documentation submitted as part of personal loan applications.

Agents compare information against applications, identify discrepancies, calculate income using pay statements and tax documents, request additional documentation and accurately document their findings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating, problem-solving and working with detailed information.

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Confidence reviewing documents and identifying discrepancies
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Strong conversational and listening skills
  • Ability to balance speed and accuracy
  • Strong computer and system-navigation skills
  • Ability to follow detailed written procedures
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and knowledge bases
  • Personal loan processing or financial services experience is a great asset

Required Availability:
Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

This program follows U.S. holidays rather than Canadian statutory holidays.

Training & Hybrid Schedule:

  • Day 1 orientation onsite
  • 4 weeks of mandatory onsite training
  • Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
  • Training includes classroom/client-based learning and nesting
  • After successful completion of training, employees transition to hybrid with 3 days per week onsite

Salary: $17.60/hour
