Job Description

Joe Kool’s is looking for reliable and responsible Male Washroom Attendants to join our team at our busy downtown restaurant. We are currently seeking attendants to work Friday and Saturday evenings.

The Washroom Attendant is responsible for ensuring our washroom facilities remain clean, stocked, organized, and welcoming for guests throughout the evening. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, attentive to cleanliness, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant and nightlife environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of restaurant washrooms throughout the shift.

• Regularly check and restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other washroom supplies.

• Clean and sanitize counters, sinks, mirrors, toilets, and other high-touch areas.

• Monitor washrooms throughout the evening and respond promptly when cleaning is required.

• Empty garbage and dispose of waste appropriately.

• Report maintenance, safety, or supply concerns to management.

• Maintain a professional and respectful manner when interacting with guests.

• Follow restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual, with consistent weekend availability.

• Comfortable working late-night shifts in a busy downtown restaurant.

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Able to work independently and stay on top of cleaning responsibilities throughout the shift.

• Friendly, professional, and respectful when interacting with guests and staff.

• Previous cleaning, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

Schedule & Compensation

• Friday: 9:30 PM – 2:30 AM

• Saturday: 9:30 PM – 2:30 AM

• Approximately 10 hours per week

• Starting wage: $20.00 per hour

• Tips may be available

• Permanent, part-time position

• Work is performed in person at Joe Kool’s in downtown London.
