Job Title: Metal Roofing Installers and Labourers

Job Description: We are seeking skilled Metal Roofing Installers and Labourers to join our team. The work schedule ranges from 6:30-8:00 AM start times to 5:00-6:30 PM end times, with an average workday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Typical Daily Duties:

• Ripping edges and ridges of the roof

• Installing underlayment and double layer strapping

• Adding trim to the roof

• Applying metal sheets to the roof

• Installing finishing trim and sealants to complete the job

‍

Requirements:

• Up-to-date Working at Heights certification

• Steel-toed boots and a tool pouch

• Preferred tools (not required): hammer, utility knife, red/green offset snips, measuring tape with inches/centimeters, and a chalk line

Expected Start Date: Within 1-2 weeks

‍

Wages:

• General Labourers: $18-$22 per hour

• Entry-Level Installers: $22-$25 per hour

• Intermediate Installers: $26-$28 per hour

• Highly Experienced Installers: $29-$33+ per hour (depending on tools, access to a truck, and ability to run a crew)
