Bill Gosling Outbound Sales – Charity Campaign (Full-Time) March 2026

Main responsibility:

Agents make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote and upsell charity-related initiatives.

General Candidate Profile
For our outbound sales roles, we are ideally looking for candidates who:

• Have some sales or customer service experience

• Are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

• Can build rapport quickly

• Are confident overcoming objections

• Are able to follow and read scripts while maintaining a natural conversation

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Sales, customer service, or call center experience  

• Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple applications

• Ability to handle objections and retain customers professionally

Compensation: $17.60 per hour
