Perfect role for a retired healthcare professional looking to stay connected to the healthcare community.

Cocoon Senior Services is a growing non-medical senior home care company dedicated to helping older adults age safely and comfortably at home. We are seeking a reliable and personable Outreach Liaison to build relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners in the London area.

This is a very part-time role (approximately 6 hours per week) and is ideal for someone with previous experience in healthcare who enjoys networking, relationship-building, and representing a trusted local service.

What You’ll Do
• Visit hospitals, clinics, and community organizations to introduce Cocoon Senior Services
• Build relationships with discharge planners, social workers, and healthcare professionals
• Drop off information packages and maintain regular contact with referral sources
• Represent our company in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide brief updates on outreach activities
• Help grow awareness of our services in the community

Who This Role Is Perfect For
• Retired nurse, PSW, social worker, healthcare administrator, or healthcare professional
• Someone who enjoys meeting people and staying active in the community
• A reliable, self-motivated individual who can work independently
• Someone comfortable visiting healthcare settings and speaking with professionals

Requirements
• Previous experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

Schedule
• Approximately 6 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling
• Daytime weekday hours

Compensation
• Hourly pay
• Bonus structure in place for successful referrals and client sign-ups
