FASTSIGNS London is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Professional to join our team and help local businesses stand out through impactful visual communication solutions. In this role, you will work directly with business owners, marketing managers, and key decision-makers to understand their visibility challenges and recommend tailored signage and branding solutions that elevate their presence.

What You Will Do
As an Outside Sales Professional, you will serve as a trusted consultant, guiding clients through the process of enhancing their branding, wayfinding, safety communication, and promotional efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities within your territory through cold calling, networking, and canvassing local business parks and retail districts.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct site surveys and in-person consultations to assess each client’s goals and recommend appropriate materials, placement, and design solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with our in-house graphic design and production teams to ensure the client’s vision is accurately executed from concept to completion.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain an active CRM, nurture existing accounts, and drive repeat business through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Closing Sales: Prepare accurate estimates, present compelling proposals, handle objections professionally, and secure signed agreements.

Who We Are Looking For
You don’t need to be a designer—but you do need a passion for high-quality visual solutions and helping businesses grow. The ideal candidate brings:

  • Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience. Experience in print, advertising, signage, or industrial/solution-based sales is an asset.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and energized by field-based work and face-to-face client interaction.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, accurate measuring ability, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Tech Ability: Comfortable using CRM software, email, and basic math for estimates.
  • Requirements: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation : Your gross base salary will be $1,260.00, paid in bi-weekly installments, based on 7 working hours a day and $18.00/ hour subject to applicable statutory deductions (CPP, EI, and Income Tax). This will be revisited upon completion of the first six months.  

Benefits: Commission, 8% will be calculated based on the total sales revenue generated & collected within each monthly period. - 1% incentive if the Contribution Margin is more than 85% - Cell Phone with its Plan. - A personal computer will be provided. - With explicit acknowledgement that the IT tools belong to the company. - Car/fuel: $500/month.  

Vehicle Allowance upon successful completion of probation: - $500/ month car allowance.
