We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, employees, and visitors. This position involves monitoring activities, conducting surveillance, and implementing loss prevention strategies to deter theft and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

• Monitor surveillance systems including CCTV to identify suspicious activities or breaches of security.

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security protocols are being followed.

• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.

• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with employees, visitors, and clients.

• Document incidents and prepare reports as required for management review.

• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns.

• Assist in the development and implementation of loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.

Requirements

• Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred.

• Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.

• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during shifts.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations.

Pay: $17.75-$21.00 per hour
