Personal Shopper - Sales & Service Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

• Guide customers on a tailored shopping journey, making the most of your selling expertise to highlight promotions, new products, and special offers.

• Become an expert in our product lineup, ensuring every client gets the perfect recommendation.

• Use your proactive sales techniques to make outbound calls, helping meet and exceed your sales targets.

• Manage inbound call queues effectively, keeping call abandonment rates low.

• Consistently hit or surpass your individual sales goals.

• Commit to a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, in-office and then opportunity to go hybrid.

What You Bring:

• Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1-3 years of call center experience, with a track record of hitting sales targets.

• Skills & Abilities:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A quick thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to stay on top of shifting priorities.

• Strong proficiency in technology, especially Microsoft Office and database management.

• Calm under pressure, with the professionalism to handle challenging situations.

• High level of integrity, reliability, and teamwork.
