As Production Scheduler, you’ll play a critical role in translating customer demand into executable production plans that support safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

What You’ll Be Accountable For:

  • Production Planning & Scheduling: Creating, monitoring, and adjusting weekly production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating closely with production, sales, customer service, supply chain, and the master scheduler to align priorities and communicate order status.
  • Material Availability & Risk Prevention: Monitoring material availability and working with purchasing to prevent shortages or production delays.
  • New Product Launch Support: Supporting new product launches through material readiness planning and post-launch evaluation.
  • Delivery Performance & Optimization: Contributing to on-time delivery and capacity improvements through analysis, problem-solving, and schedule optimization.
  • Operational Engagement & Compliance: Participating in daily production meetings and ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.

What you’ll bring

  • Post-secondary education, preferably in supply chain or inventory management.
  • 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with ERP / MRP systems
  • APICS certification is considered an asset.

Total Rewards

We’re offering a competitive compensation in the range of $55,000 – $70,000 per year. Pay will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
