Service Areas

Personal Support Worker (PSW):

• London – within city limits

• Perth County – St. Mary’s, Stratford, Mitchell, Shakespeare, Lakeside, Zorra, and

surrounding areas

• Oxford County – Woodstock, Norwich, Tillsonburg, Ingersoll, and surrounding areas

Nursing:

• London

• Perth County

Eligible Roles for PSW Positions

Candidates with the following certifications are also considered:

• Community Health Worker (CHW)

• Home Support Worker (HSW)

• Developmental Service Worker (DSW)

All applicants must provide an accredited certificate upon request.

Employment Structure

Two types of employment depending on location -

Casual (minimum scheduled working hours: 15 hours per week)

o Depending upon candidate availability - may extend to 15-40 hours based on

availability

o Working every other weekend is required

o Available work hours are dependent upon the availability of the candidate

Guaranteed Hours (minimum scheduled working hours: 30 per week)

Offered to candidates who can cover a wide geographic area upon operational

needs only and are onboarded as full-time with consistent hours.

o Can range from 30-44 hours per week

o Working every other weekend is required

Current Hiring Needs

Unregulated Care Providers (UCP):

Woodstock: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Part-time availability required)

Stratford (Split Shift): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Tillsonburg (Split Shift): 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Oxford County (Split Shift): 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Regulated Care Providers (Nursing) Positions:

Evening & Overnight Shift Nurse – London & Middlesex

Visiting Nurse – Perth County

Base Compensation Structure

PSW: $24.00/hour

Nurses: Hourly wage is commensurate based on years of experience and specialty.

Community Health Worker (CHW) / Developmental Support Worker (DSW) / Health

Service Worker (HSW) are also welcome to apply: $23.00/hour

Nursing Responsibilities

• Provide client care through assessment, observation, diagnosis, counseling, and

health teaching

• Follow established care plans, ensuring emotional, physical, and spiritual needs are

met

• Perform duties within the scope of practice for Licensed/Registered Practical

Nurses

• Conduct routine and specialized nursing procedures (with proper training and

competency)

• Monitor and document client conditions and report change appropriately

• Follow infection prevention and control practices

• Participate in ongoing education and training

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Support health and safety initiatives and report risks

• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and corporate information

• Complete additional tasks as required

PSW Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Medication reminders

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises

• Monitor and report changes in client condition
