Drewlo Holdings is a local, family owned and operated company that has been in business for over 65 years. Since 1958 we have been constructing and operating rental apartment towers across Southwestern Ontario and proving homes to thousands of Canadians. We are looking for an experienced renovation technician to join our growing property management teamin either London or Kitchener.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned tasks and work orders

• Drywall, Counter top installation, Flooring/Tiling

• Troubleshoot plumbing problems

• Accurately track materials used and hours worked

• Document job progress with photos and detailed descriptions

• Keep work site clean and organized at all times

• Embrace health and safety environment and act in accordance with internal and external health and safety practices

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience in repairing and renovating residential buildings, suites or homes

• Able to complete tasks in timely fashion on your own initiative

• Work safely and abide by all Health & Safety Policies

• Class G license with a clean driving abstract an asset
