Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products and systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Install exterior and interior signs according to specifications and company standards.

• Perform site assessments to determine installation requirements.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Provide exceptional customer service during installations, addressing any client concerns.

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site.

• Document installation processes and report any issues or discrepancies.

Experience

• Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and installation techniques.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed, early start times, some weekends as required.

• A valid driver's license is required; D license is a plus. Ability to pull and back up a trailer a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour to start – Negotiable based on experience.

Expected hours: 44 – 60 per week
