Canduct Industries is a leading manufacturer in electrical insulation, primarily used for cooling for oil cooled transformers. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager in London, ON.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing and inventory control teams.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor for compliance .
  • Develop and maintain efficient logistics, inventory, procurement, operations, and strategic planning processes.
  • Identify opportunities to mitigate material shortages and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with management team to align supply chain goals with company objectives.
  • Ensure all health and safety precautions are taken and policies followed.  
  • Ensure team compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Assist with raw material planning and procurement.
  • Conduct additional duties necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • College diploma or University degree in Supply Chain or business-related field
  • 5-10 years’ experience in supply chain supervisor / manager role in a mid to high volume manufacturing environment
  • Effective and positive verbal and non-verbal communication
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize work and effectively manage time
  • High level of proficiency with MSOffice applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Data management and analytical skills
