We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Team Members to join our Dairy Queen Grill & Chill team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and preparing quality food for our guests.

As a Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while helping maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Communicate clearly with customers and team members

• Prepare food and menu items according to company standards

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and front counter areas

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines

• Work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Support the team with daily restaurant operations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting

• Comfortable preparing food and handling kitchen duties

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
