Warehouse Technician  

JC Green is looking to fill the position of Warehouse Technician, who, under the direction of the Operations Manager, will be primarily responsible for excise stamping, finished packaging and warehousing tasks at our facility located in Thorndale, ON.  

Job Duties  

Apply excise stamps to finished cannabis products, package & label finished product into cases  

Palletize finished goods in accordance with internal SOPs and provincial regulations  

Hand-package dried cannabis and cannabis extracts, label and fill containers as required  

Maintain accurate documentation for warehousing and packaging tasks  

Complete all housekeeping and sanitation tasks including sweeping, mopping and disinfecting work surfaces  

Bulk process dried cannabis as required  

Comply with all hygiene and bio-security requirements  

All other duties as assigned  

Job Requirements  

Ability to work individually as well as part of a team (need to be comfortable working in large groups)  

Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing  

Strong attention to detail  

High level of integrity and work ethic  

Ability to commute to a rural location  

Forklift experience and past training is an asset  

Cannabis trimming and/or manufacturing related experience (preferred)  

Work Conditions  

Ability to work flexible hours (days, afternoons, midnights, weekends) is an asset  

Repetitive work  

Lifting, moving, or manipulating objects up to 50 lbs  

Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly  

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
