Ben brings extensive leadership experience spanning post-secondary education, consulting, public sector organizations, and social innovation across Canada. He has served in senior roles including President and CEO, Provost, Vice President, and Senior Strategic Advisor, leading complex organizations and working with diverse stakeholder groups.

Throughout his career, Ben has been guided by a mission-focused, people-centred approach to leadership. His work has emphasized innovation, strong teams, financial sustainability, community partnership, and helping individuals and organizations realize their full potential.

Ben is passionate about building opportunities and supporting the people, teams, and communities Pathways serves.

Corrina MacDonald is the Director of Skills Training at Pathways Employment Help Centre. She has been the driving force behind our Skills Training programs for the past 8 years.

Her passion for education and training serves as a guiding light to our clients who are looking for a new direction in their lives.

With over 18 years’ experience in the career development field and more than 25 years in the non-profit sector, Norm brings deep expertise and committed passion to the role of Director of Employment Services at Pathways Employment Help Centre – a position held since 2022. A Certified Career Development Practitioner, Norm has led a dynamic career that includes consulting, work in post-secondary education, and a commitment to coaching, training, and leadership. At the heart of his work is a belief in the potential of every person, and a drive to help clients and teams thrive through meaningful employment support.
