Applying for social assistance such as ODSP or CPP-D can be overwhelming. Our Advocacy department can take you step-by-step through your application process.
If you are looking to apply for ODSP, you can pick up an application from either an Ontario Works caseworker if you have one, or by contacting the ODSP office itself at 519-438-5111. Here in London, that office is located at 217 York St.
