Areas of Focus
Business Growth and Client Acquisition
Actively identify potential clients and initiate contact to explore business opportunities.
Promote Techdoz’s technology services and solutions effectively to secure new business relationships.
Client-Facing Operations
Coordinate and support various aspects of client-facing operations.
Participate in meetings and provide solution demonstrations to existing and potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, ensuring high-level support and satisfaction for clients.
Handle client estimates, invoicing, and procurement processes.
Relationship Management
Drive business growth through proactive business development efforts.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are achieved.
Vendor Management and Strategic Partnerships
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and strategic partners.
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Collaborate with vendors to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Regularly assess vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to align vendor services with company needs and projects.
Facilitate communication between vendors and Techdoz to ensure seamless integration of services and products.
Additional Responsibilities
Engage in marketing activities to promote the company’s products or services.
Manage and update the company’s social media presence and website content.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other networking events.
Requirements
Technical experience in IT services, including knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud solutions, networking, and software applications.
Familiarity with IT industry standards and best practices.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
3 years of working experience in business development or a similar role.
College Diploma or University degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License.
Ability to travel (Across Canada)
Regularly lift/move objects up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Working Conditions
Office-based role with the possibility of travel for meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
Standard working hours with occasional overtime for events or critical projects.
Security Requirements (As Required)
Level 2 – Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC).
RCMP’s Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS) checks.
