We are a London based construction company seeking a qualified transport truck drive to move our own material and equipment on day runs between jobsites within Southwestern Ontario & the GTA, using various styles of trucks and trailers. Requirements: Valid Ontario A-Z license with current medical Clean driving abstract Knowledge of commercial trucking and highway traffic regulations Ability to load and unload construction equipment such as excavators, rock trucks, and smaller machines, unassisted Able to use forklift, telehandler, or excavator to load or unload materials Responsibilities: Local haul for construction division, moving materials from site to site around Southwestern Ontario and the GTA. Operating highway tractor with various trailers, straight trucks, and dump trucks Duties include loading and unloading various types of materials using forklifts and excavators Focus on safety and abide by all Company policies and procedures Safety conscious on the road and on construction sites Good communications skills and the ability to work alone or with others to get the job done Experience operating dump trucks an asset Why Drewlo?
