The Bradford Exchange is looking to hire full-time permanent Bilingual French/English Customer Service and Sales Representatives to work remotely for our inbound call centre. Training begins February 10, 2025.
The successful candidates would be scheduled between:
French: 8:00am and 5:30pm (EST) ON
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Answering calls in both English and French – assist customers with questions concerning their order and order status, billing, retain customer business, upselling and returns.

A starting hourly rate of $20 if residing in Ontario

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years of call center experience
1+ years of phone sales experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
English and French Proficiency
Great active listening skills
Knowledge of PC Fundamentals and ability to navigate multiple computer programs
