Are you an ambitious, self-driven individual with a passion for helping businesses protect their assets? Oracle RMS - London North is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Commercial Insurance Brokers. This is a commission-only role, providing you with the flexibility to work on your terms while offering the potential to earn a six-figure income through your hard work and dedication.
This position is based in London, ON, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through your network, referrals, and centers of influence.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Assess risks and recommend suitable insurance policies for commercial clients.
Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on industry regulations and product offerings.
Qualifications:
A self-starter with the ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
Good to have Knowledge of insurance / Banking / Investments products, policies, and regulations (or related education ).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid insurance broker license (RIBO/OTL/LLQP) or willingness to convert to RIBO/LLQP.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
