CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
At Infinity Telecentre, we take pride in helping businesses to connect, grow, and thrive. How do we do that? We provide inbound call answering services and perform a variety of functions, enabling our clients to be responsive 24/7. We help clients, across nearly every industry imaginable, send and receive vital information.

We’re looking to add to our team of exceptional agents. Are you a positive, energetic person who likes to make things happen? Do you take pride in helping others? WHAT WE DO
• Provide exceptional service, always
• Collect and communicate information in an accurate and timely manner, in accordance with our clients’ objectives
• Answer inbound communications and provide over-the-phone services, such as: general reception, booking appointments, service coordination & dispatch, or collecting & recording data using various CRMs, databases, and internal software

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Positive, energetic personalities who love to interact with a variety of people
• Motivation and integrity; someone who takes pride in a job well done
• Openness to change; we add new clients, technologies, and processes regularly
• Ability to multitask; carry a conversation while entering data or scanning instructions
• Attention to detail; accuracy is absolutely imperative in our business
• Strong phone skills
• Moderate to advanced computer skills

Typing speed of at least 30 wpm
Comfortable with online forms, databases
Desire to learn new applications on an ongoing basis
Ability to navigate between various computer applications with ease
Flexible availability; we offer our clients round-the-clock solutions, so we need a strong team. You must be available for day and afternoon shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays – don’t worry, we’ve got midnights covered
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is an asset, but not mandatory

WHAT WE’RE OFFERING
• Part-time positions, with potential for full-time
• Complete individualized training with a flexible schedule
• Respect for your time – we realize that being flexible is a “give and take” thing, so we’ll always give you a minimum 2-4 weeks notice of your shifts, and we accommodate time off requests & shift changes whenever possible
• Compensation of $18.00/hour – this will be reviewed after probationary period
• Team-oriented office where teammates are willing to “pitch in” when needed
• A comfortable, easy-going office atmosphere
