Key Responsibilities: · Complete assigned tasks and work orders · High-Rise building maintenance · Troubleshoot problems · Able to work in a fast-paced environment · Keep work site clean and organized at all times · Embrace health and safety environment and act in accordance with internal and external health and safety practices · Ability to work On-Call · Other duties as assigned Qualifications: · HVAC Certification · Gas Fitter or Plumbing Ticket · Air Condition experience is required · Freon Ticket is an asset · Class G license with a clean driving abstract
