Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals at a beginner to intermediate level who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist with various construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and clean-up.
Operate basic hand and power tools.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Support skilled tradespeople in completing their tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license (mandatory).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Own tools and steel toed boots
Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings
Operate hand tools, power tools and equipment to complete carpentry duties
Work with materials such as wood, plastic, laminates, or drywall
Constructed, finished and repaired or installed a variety of structural items
Load and unload materials, tools and equipment for job sites
Establish and maintain a safe work environment
Complete and submit daily paperwork reporting time and job duties
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor.
