Full job description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong financial literacy and excellent organization skills to join our team. We are an established and growing team, and we take pride in ensuring the best customer experience and results.
We are seeking an Office Admin who will create a positive environment for both customers and staff. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day office administration, while working independently. The ideal candidate will offer administrative support to all staff and management.
Responsibilities:
· Maintaining and updating files and records
· Using office and managing equipment such as printers, fax, photocopier and troubleshooting as necessary
· Manage Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable
· Responsible for balancing of accounts, managing and reconciling for credit card statements
Desired Skills:
· 2-3 years experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping
· Proficiency in Quick Books and Excel
· Knowledge of standard office equipment
· Accountable problem solver with the ability to oversee projects
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment
· Must be coachable, teachable, and adaptable; able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Must be responsible, dependable and a team player
