Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service Guide customers on a tailored shopping journey, making the most of your selling expertise to highlight promotions, new products, and special offers. Become an expert in our product lineup, ensuring every client gets the perfect recommendation. Use your proactive sales techniques to make outbound calls, helping meet and exceed your sales targets. Manage inbound call queues effectively, keeping call abandonment rates low. Consistently hit or surpass your individual sales goals. Commit to a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, in-office. What You Bring: Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of call center experience, with a track record of hitting sales targets. Skills & Abilities: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. A quick thinker with creative problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, with the ability to stay on top of shifting priorities. Strong proficiency in technology, especially Microsoft Office and database management.
