We’re proud to support promoters and venues with powerful backend solutions. As we grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Team Member to help us expand our reach.

Job Description: As a member of the Sales Team at TicketWindow Inc., you will onboard new clients and manage existing ones, contributing to our business goals. Your role involves developing strategies to grow our market share, securing new business, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Your efforts in selling our ticketing solutions will directly influence our success in the competitive event ticketing market.

Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
•Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
•Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
•Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
•Must have own vehicle, be willing to travel extensively, and attend industry conferences.
•Available to attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences.

Requirements:
•Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
•Previous experience in sales and marketing.
•Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
•Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
•Experience with CRM software and MS Office suite.
•Strong business sense and industry expertise.
•Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
•BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.

Compensation:
Competitive salary plus residual commission on each client making over $40,00 annually, with performance-based bonuses.

The first 2 months will be a set wage during the onboarding and training process.

Executive Commission Option: For candidates who demonstrate an exceptional level of performance, an executive commission plan is available. This would likely entail higher potential earnings and possibly more demanding targets, reserved for those who can deliver outstanding results.
