Job Description: As a PLC Secured Loss Prevention Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for our clients and their customers. You will be responsible for monitoring premises, preventing theft, and responding to incidents while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
The ability to act professional during confrontations.
Capability to ban individuals from stores.
Stop theft and retrieve product through in house training models.
Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols of assigned areas.
Identify and report suspicious activities or breaches in security protocols.
Assist in preventing theft and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action.
Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients and patrons.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and incidents.
Collaborate with local law enforcement as necessary.
Attend training sessions to stay current with security practices and procedures.

Qualifications:
MUST have Ontario Security Guard License
High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
Previous experience in loss prevention or security is preferred, but not required.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positions Available:
Part-Time Security Guards (Flexible hours; 20-30 hours/week)
On-Call Security Guards (Availability required for immediate response; hours vary)
Permanent Full-Time Security Guards (40 hours/week with benefits)
