Purpose Statement:
The Warehouse Picker and Delivery Driver is responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery, as well as ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
o Accurately pick items from inventory based on order sheets.
o Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
o Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
o Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
o Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
o Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
o Load and unload delivery vehicles with orders, ensuring secure and safe transport.
o Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet delivery schedules.
o Deliver orders to customers in a timely and professional manner.
o Obtain delivery confirmations and signatures from customers.
o Inspect delivery vehicles regularly and report any maintenance needs.
o Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
o High school diploma or equivalent.
o Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
o Proven experience as a warehouse worker and/or delivery driver.
o Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Excellent communication and customer service skills.
o Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to [weight limit] pounds).
o Attention to detail and accuracy.

Working Conditions:
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm with opportunity for occasional overtime
Fast paced work environment with plenty of interruptions
Performing physical labour and repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods of time
Warehouse and on-the-road environments.
May require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Exposure to various weather conditions during deliveries.
Occasional work with a variety of hand and power tools
No open-toe shoes on the production floor
Lift up to 50 lbs
