What you’ll be doing: Window cleaning Gutter cleaning Pressure washing Concrete Sealing Christmas light installations
Key Responsibilities: Clean windows and gutters of residential and commercial buildings using specialized cleaning equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, and high-pressure water hoses. Remove dirt, grime, and debris from windows and gutters using specialized cleaning solutions and tools.
Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and within the specified time frame. Identify and report any issues or potential hazards to the supervisor. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain cleaning equipment and report any defects or malfunctions to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in window and gutter cleaning is preferred. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and materials. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions: This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, wind, and extreme heat or cold. The candidate must be comfortable working at heights and using specialized cleaning equipment. The candidate must also be able to work independently or as part of a team. Physical Requirements: This position requires standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting heavy equipment and materials. The candidate must have good physical stamina and be able to work for extended periods of time. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed
